 Geotechnical
and Geoenvironmental Engineering Division at DMC is a division
specializing in rendering broad spectrum of engineering services
includes planning, design, quality control and construction
supervision.
It also offers expert services in the safety evaluation of
dams, engineering geology, geophysics, seismotectonics foundations
and construction materials. This division has produced over
500 technical reports in addition to the related design and
contract documents as standard templates for carrying out
work in a quality manner.
DMC geotechnical and geoenviornmental specialists have successfully
endeavored to keep themselves abreast of the latest developments
in the field. This has been achieved by a continuous interaction
with the top geotechnical and geoenviornmentalexperts specializing
in seismotectonic studies for seismic risk evaluation, geographical
information system (GIS) using imagery and computerized mapping,
study of alkali-silica reaction of aggregates, dynamic testing
and the most advanced computer applications including computer
aided design and drafting (CADD) and computer aided modelling
(CAM).
